About the Database

The OCGA website is now a major tool for two-way communication and also enables the collection of information to help provide an improved level of service to our members interested in sporting clubs, job search, careers and business networking opportunities.

The online communications directory provides you with the ability to:

• Contact anybody within the directory
• Use the business directory
• Leave messages via a bulletin board
• Update your own details
• Inform others of your activities via a diary message
• Encourage others to join
• Search the world for alumni

We hope you will support this very practical initiative. Please note that all details (including e-mail addresses) added to the directory remain private and are only visible to the user and the administrators of this site.

Registration is optional and must be done by the interested person himself who then chooses the amount of information to provide for each entry.

By adding your year of entry you will be able to see a list of your peers in that particular year (but only those who have registered) and you will be able to send an email message to each of them. You may only send one email message at a time. However, if you wish to leave a message for large groups of people, a bulletin board is provided.

Your email address is not visible to anyone but yourself. However, if you choose to reply to a message sent to you, your email address will become available to the sender.
